Deepdale Dorpers dominate White Dorper ring to claim double supreme sash

Following their supreme Dorper title, Deepdale Dorpers, Merrinee, Victoria, continued their winning streak, securing the White Dorper supreme exhibit at the Dorper Sheep Society of Australia National Show in Dubbo.

Under the eyes of judge David Curtis, Bellevue Dorper stud, Millmerran, Queensland, 14-month old ram, Deepdale 230761, was sashed supreme White Dorper exhibit.

Son of Burrawang 211222 and out of Burrawang 160790, the 110 kilogram ram rose through the ranks of the two tooth class to also claim grand and senior champion White Dorper ram.

Mr Curtis said that the grand champion ewe and ram were both beautiful specimens and a good example of White Dorpers.
