There was solid demand throughout the catalogue at Burrawang Dorpers’ spring on-property sale at Ootha on Sunday afternoon, with strong support from Queensland and NSW producers and rams suiting a range of budgets.
At the fall of the hammer, 151 of 155 rams sold to a $12,500 top to average $3712, while 14 of 17 stud ewes averaged $2179. Additional lots were continuing to sell after the auction.
